Sox Box is our new online session reservation portal, replacing the older client ID system.
All shopping at ATP requires a reservation. Pantry and wardrobe session reservations open Mondays at 9:00 am. A session must be reserved in order to create a Sox Box account.
1. On Monday mornings around 9:00 am, go to the Sox Box website (Click on Sox Box picture or link above)
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Sox Box web page and click on "Pantry Shopping" or "Wardrobe"
3. Read the instructions on the "Pantry Shopping" or "Wardrobe" cards
4. Choose a time slot
5. Click "confirm"
6. Follow prompts to set up your account
7. You MUST have a reservation for a scheduled session to shop
8. Your reservation will show 'Pending' until ATP approves it. Reservations are approved as your session time gets closer.
9. YOU are responsible for cancelling your appointment by clicking on the three lines in the top right hand corner of your account
