Have you wondered what voting will look like this fall during these COVID times and practicing social distancing?
A Turning Point wants to help make this process safe, easy, and accessible to all people, so that all people have the opportunity to be heard through their vote.
More than ever before, mail in ballots will be utilized and of high importance during the upcoming November election. To assist in making your vote count, A Turning Point will be providing the avenue by which to cast your ballot via mail. We will provide the notaries (your ballot must be legally notarized), the postage to mail your ballot, information about how to get your ballot, and more.
There are 3 ways we can help you:
If you have not yet registered to vote, we can help you with that process. On August 4th 5:00-6:30pm, on August 13th from 1:00-2:30pm and on August 15th from 8:00-10:00am will will have help available to get you registered.
If you woud like to vote via the mail-in process, you will need to request a ballot on a specific form. We will have those available for anyone to pick up after August 18th. If you need assistance with completeing the form, help will be available on August 18th 5:00-6:30pm, on August 20th 1:00-2:30pm and on August 29th 8:00-10:00am.
Your mail-in ballot MUST be notarized to be official. We will have notaries available on October 1st 1:00-2:30pm, on October 6th 5:00-6:30pm and on October 10th 8:00-10:00am to notarize your ballot for free!
